Gaining muscle mass in teens


I'm 16 and just started getting involved with bodybuilding. What are the most important things to in regards to gaining muscle mass in my teens?

One of the most important things that beginners do is overtrain. Make sure you train your muscles once a week to give them enough time to recuperate and grow, often beginners are anxious to get big fast and they work there muscles 2 or 3 times a week and don't give the muscle time to recuperate and grow. Train each muscle ONCE a week, real hard, and you will grow much faster.
