Well because your still growing I wouldnt recommend hardcore lifting. But you can get great results from this:
Mon: Chest and Back, mainly pull ups and push ups
Tue: Plyometrics for an 45 mins
Wed:Arms and Shoulders, Reps of 8
Thur: Cardio such as running for 30 mins
Fri:Back and legs
Sat:Yoga
Sun: Stretch
Do this but try to change your exercises about every 3 weeks
