I was told that because of my age, I can no longer build mass, but can only strengthen what I have. I find this hard to believe. Have been taking Whey Protein and Creatin but still no seeing the results I want. I want bigger arms, shoulders and chest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That is a bunch of bull. I am 43 years old and I have had great gains. I went to muscle-4life nutrition.com and the staff there put me on the right road. What to eat when to eat it. They put me on a 5x5 3 day split compound training and it works great. I am making better gains then my buddy who is 31. Don't let them get you down. Good luck
