Have developed a bit of tendonitis in my right elbow and am wondering if anyone's got any suggestions how to deal with it - it's hampering my workouts a bit so hoping it goes quickly.

Do you warm up before lifting heavy? I used to have the same problem and then started to do a 5 minute warmup on the UBE before lifting... I rarely have problems with sore elbows now. Icing it down and popping a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) such as Advil or Aleve should help as well.
