I want to create a muscle mass building stack. I have 4 things I am taking, I want to add a few more products.


My gym routine goes as follows:

Day 1- Chest- Bench Press, Incline Press, Pec Fly
Tricep- Tricep pulldown, Overhead Tricep, Tricep Extension

Day 2- Back- Pulldown, Low Row, Row
Bicep- Preacher Curl, concentration curl, Overhead Cable Curl and sometimes hammer curl

Day 3- Thighs- Squats, Leg Curls, Lunges
Hamstring curl
Calf Muscle (don't know the names)
Shoulders- Military Press, Shoulder press

I eat 4-6 times a day

I am taking
GNC Mega Man Sport
GNC Amino Burst 3000
Cod Liver Oil
Nitro-Tech

I want to add supplements that are a bit more intense. NO CREATINE, ANDRO, or STEROIDS and OTHER DANGEROUS SUOPPPLEMENTS.

I want to gain about 30-40 pounds of mass for Football
I am 14 and want supplements with no serious side effects like HMB.
