I am willing to train 2 a day 5-6 days a week but what sort of workouts do I do? Also what kind of meals should I eat? Where would I be able to find sample menus? And how many calories should I eat if I am starting a work out routine to lose fat? Where do I start? I appreciate any advice and Help I am completly serious about this. I am 24 year old female who wants to drop 20-30 pound and start bodybuilding. Thank you for you time all who awnser.
