Any tips of getting big biceps really quick?

Workouts based around the basics (squat, bench, deadlift, dips, rows). As for arm training specifically when you say bicep do you mean arms, because triceps actually make-up more of the arm's mass than biceps do. Anyway, again stick to basics - curls, skullcrushers, close grip bench.
And finally, and always, plenty of good high quality food and plenty of rest.
