It's also very important not to overwork muscle groups. A common mistake made by many beginner bodybuilders is overtraining, which actually holds your progress back.
I've found the best thing is to live bodybuilding, i know it sounds like so yoda shit but bodybuilding must always come first over everything, plus a healthy diet and the righy kind of supplments help like animal pak products check them out the one supplment company that actualy keeps its promises, and healthy diet means also not drinking and smoking both of these makes your body loss size i shit you not.
hope that helps
I would say lift heavy, maybe give max-ot a try, make sure you eat plenty of protein, and calories. You may want to take a protein/carbohydrate shake before and after your workouts. You want to eat plenty of food (good food) but if you see your gaining fat, cut down on your food intake.
NO Xplode.....Lift heavier, eat the right foods and more of them. Incorporate a protein supplement to your diet. I've seen major gains since I started the NO Xplode before my workouts. Best stuff ever.
IF YOU WANNA GET LARGE FAST YOU WANNA EAT PLENTY OF CARBS AND JUS DO HEAVY COMPOUND LIFTS SUCH AS SHOULDER PRESS DEAD LIFTS SQUATS ETC YOUL GAIN LOADS OF MASS THEN WHEN IT SUITS YOU THEN RIP IT UP
