Side effects of nitric oxide

Are there any known side effects of nitric oxide? I'm considering picking up some of this and was wondering if it is harmful at all.

I've been using BSN No-Xplode for several months with no problems at all. I haven't tried any of the other NO products but I've been happy with BSN's product.
