Hi, I am a full time college student and just got a job at a warehouse working 40 hours. My schedule is Mon - Wed: school 8am-12:50pm work 6pm-4:30am, Sunday no school but do work. Fri Sat and Thur off. If I workout on my days off including Sunday, will the lack of sleep on the days I work stop muscle growth if I make up for it on my days off?
