My gym routine goes as follows:
Day 1- Chest- Bench Press, Incline Press, Pec Fly
Tricep- Tricep pulldown, Overhead Tricep, Tricep Extension
Day 2- Back- Pulldown, Low Row, Row
Bicep- Preacher Curl, concentration curl, Overhead Cable...
