Looking for advice on how to eliminate cellulite. I've struggled with this for a while now and while the rest of my body is shaping up, I'm still having problems in this area. Help!

I've been helping a friend get into an exercise routine lately and she struggles with cellulite. Can anyone recommend some good leg exercises to build muscle and loose cellulite?
