		<description>I'm starting a cutting cycle today and want to start doing a little cardio in addition to my lifting.  I haven't done much cardio in the past because I have bad knees.

My knees aren't injured or anything...just tend to get achy after prolonged periods of walking, etc.  Does anyone recommend a cardio routine that is easy on the knees?  Thanks!</description>
