		<description>Hi,
I trained really hard for 1 year, went heavy.
But suddenly after a year of training, i just dont feel like lifting any more, i wonder why, things were going good, suddenly just lost the desire and liking for lifting heavy, I wonder what happened.
When it is my workout day previously i use to just go and do it but now whn i think about my workout and think of heavy weights specially on exercises like heavy bench press, shoulder press and squats and the tasteless diets.
My shoulders drop and thinking makes me to quit.

I wonder what has happened, some people told me since you trained really hard for a year this may be overtraining, i took 2 weeks off still the problem is there.
Some people said every one has different intensity levels, since i used a manual it said to push your self to the max each set, may be i was not able to handle the intensity?( A professional bodybuilder told me this).

Please advice, I am really confused.

I want to workout and i dont run away from hard work but i dont know why my mind just does not feel like any more.

I want to tell you i workout 3 times a week, i used musclegaintruth.com

Please advice.
Thanks
Raheel Khan.
